Technical & Printing Aspects
No, you can use any regular laser office printer, provided it can print a check sheet, such as a Canon 6030 or HP 107 printer.

The platform provides alignment tools to ensure each text field is printed in its correct position on the cheque.

Ensure your browser's print scale is set to 100% and disable the "Fit to Page" option.

Also, the paper orientation is landscape and the paper size is A4.

It is a system that automatically converts numerical amounts into words (in Arabic or English) to prevent errors or tampering.

Contact technical support and send a picture of a blank cheque; the template will be added to the system for free.

Plans & Pricing
It starts at $3 per month (Basic) and goes up to $15 per month (Diamond) based on the number of banks and beneficiaries, and additional features such as bulk printing and analytical reports.
No, all plans provide you with "unlimited cheque credit" throughout the subscription period.
The main difference lies in the number of banks supported, the number of beneficiaries allowed to be stored, and the number of additional users, while the Platinum and Diamond plans provide additional features such as bulk printing and analytical reports.
Your data remains safe and secure. You can review it and view reports when you reactivate your subscription.

The My Cheque platform offers flexible subscription options to suit your needs. You can choose the appropriate duration by increasing the number of months upon subscription, up to 12 months.

The My Cheque platform offers free months to customers who invite their friends and acquaintances to join using their referral link.

Each customer has a referral link, which they can find in their dashboard under the "More" tab, then "Referrals." When they invite someone to join, you are eligible for one free month when that person subscribes to a paid plan (one month for you and one month for your friend).

You can also get two free months if you subscribe for a year.

Reports & Accounting Integration

Yes, analytical and detailed reports are available for all issued and voided cheques.

Yes, you can export all reports in Excel format to upload them to accounting software like QuickBooks.

You can change the cheque's status in the system to "void" to keep it in records without counting it in disbursed amounts.
You can sort cheques by due date from the dashboard to monitor cash flows.
Currently, the platform supports exporting reports in Excel format, which can be imported into most accounting software. We are working on developing direct integration with the most common accounting software in the future.
Security & Privacy
Yes, we use HTTPS encryption and advanced security protocols to protect your data and your clients' data.
If you forget your password to access your account, we at my Cheque cannot provide it to you because all your data is encrypted. You must perform a recovery process through the "Forgot Password" link and enter your email address so that a password reset link can be sent to your email, or contact technical support if you encounter difficulties in recovery.
